1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Player," "you," "your," or "User" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers, or uses any service on the q777 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the q777 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and q777. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the q777 platform and close your Account.

q777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Registration on q777 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. q777 will request documentary proof of age (typically a valid Pakistani CNIC) as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Each natural person is entitled to hold one Account on q777. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, CNIC numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, q777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending or settled bets placed on those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their use of the q777 platform. This includes full legal name, CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. q777 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time. Submission of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

q777 does not knowingly provide services to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing q777 is lawful in their jurisdiction. q777 makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in all locations.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. q777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any access to your Account using your credentials will be deemed authorised by you unless you notify q777 immediately of suspected unauthorised access.

q777 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage. You may be asked to provide a copy of your valid CNIC (front and back), proof of payment method ownership, and any other documentation reasonably required by q777's compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

You may request the closure of your q777 Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method. q777 reserves the right to close any Account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without obligation to return funds derived from prohibited activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

q777 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, standard Pakistani bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC-20 network). Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed in the q777 Cashier section.

The minimum deposit amount on q777 is PKR 1,000 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by q777, although your payment provider may apply its own limits. q777 reserves the right to require source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. q777 aims to process JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfers within 2–4 hours; and card withdrawals within 1–3 business days. These are target timeframes — q777 does not guarantee specific processing durations.

q777 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering principles. The platform is prohibited from processing withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. q777 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it reasonably suspects the funds are connected to fraudulent or illegal activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses offered by q777, including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and any other promotional incentives, are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games 10%; table games 5%; sports betting 100%. q777 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus in the event that q777 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting low-risk game strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or colluding with other Players to extract bonus value. q777's determination of bonus abuse shall be final.

Bonuses that are not claimed within 7 days of the offer being made, and Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within 30 days of crediting (unless otherwise stated), will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the q777 platform are governed by the rules of the respective game's software provider. By playing any game on q777, you acknowledge that you have familiarised yourself with the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game displayed rules and q777's terms, the game provider's certified rules shall prevail.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, q777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. Where a game has been completed before a malfunction is reported, q777 may rely on its server-side game logs to determine the correct outcome. q777 will make every reasonable effort to resolve technical disputes fairly and promptly.

q777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where: (a) the bet was placed in error due to a system error; (b) the odds or game parameters were incorrectly displayed due to a technical fault; (c) the bet was placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q777 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

• Registering as a Prohibited Person or providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with q777's platform, games, or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or payment processing errors to gain a financial advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino games, and sports exchange betting.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and withdrawing them as ostensibly legitimate winnings.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by q777.
• Creating, purchasing, or operating multiple q777 Accounts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing q777 staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the q777 platform's software, source code, or security infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

q777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases are applied immediately.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss a Player can sustain in a given period before further play is restricted.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of the Account for a period of 24 hours to 90 days, during which the Player cannot access the platform or place any bets.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the q777 platform, including but not limited to the q777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and compilation thereof, is the exclusive intellectual property of q777 or its licensed game providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the q777 platform without prior written consent from q777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or financial losses incurred through gambling.

q777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q777 makes no warranty that the platform will operate continuously, without error, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the q777 platform entirely at their own risk.

12 Privacy & Data

q777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on q777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
